- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Very Friendly staff but seem to be understaffed, and it takes VERY long to speak to someone on the phone (I have been on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes one time and eventually hung up, another time on hold for 45 minutes). Every time I have had to go in, I got taken care of within 30 minutes though, so that helps.By Joseph Tirgoala, July 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Helpful employees, and the line usually goes quick. I've seen them step up and open another register if the line gets long. I don't often see other post offices do that! Once, I was in the middle of a line and an employee noticed my paid shipping label. He said he'd go ahead and take it because all I needed was a receipt. I didn't need to keep waiting.
